To resolve the loopholes in secondary school curriculum and improve the existing situation in the universities, we propose the idea of “Mentorship Programme” to address the secondary school students’ career development needs.

 

This 1-to-1 mentorship programme aims to promote the development of general and vocational self-concepts by matching 10 secondary five students with 10 mentors from universities according to the students’ preferred subjects and universities. We hope students can gain better understanding about their own interests and clarify their future directions.
