Future Plan
In CUHK 2020 Mentorship Programme, the recruitment of mentors relied on personal connections of our team members.
​
While most of our mentors are from CUHK, we could not provide much information about different universities to our mentees.
​
​

​
For the future plan, it is suggested to develop a wider connection with students in different universities. In order to provide mentorship programme with larger scale, it is suggested to recruit more team members in different universities.
​
On the other hand, we would like to keep contact with our mentors and mentees. We encourage our mentors to invite their friends to join our programme. We also wish that our mentees will become mentors in the future.
