To implement the programme, we adopt the role of organizer and communicator between the mentors and mentee and cooperators with Tak Sun Secondary School. To prevent the experimenter effect, all of our members would not be the mentors. Due to the financial budgets and the shortage of organisers, we will only recruit 10 mentors and 10 mentees in our scheme.
TARGET USERS
Our target users are form 5 students as they should have already brief idea about their career and preferred subjects. Also, they still have time and capacities to explore their preferred vocations before submitting their JUPAS choices and taking the HKDSE, it would be good to provide them a chance to gain more information. Meanwhile, there is no restriction on the gender of mentors and mentees.
